Good listening
starts with trust.
Here’s what this version of Tallygrove stores,
how feedback is processed, and what you control.
Your workspace is yours
Sign-in is handled through ChatGPT. Tallygrove uses your site-specific account identifier to keep saved reports associated with you. Your name and email are used for account display. Each report request checks ownership on the server.
What gets saved
We store report names, business names, customer comments, optional products, dates and ratings, theme assignments, summaries, and creation dates. CSV files are read in your browser; the selected text fields are saved to your workspace. The original file itself is not retained.
How your feedback is processed
This preview uses keyword rules to group English comments into themes. Sentiment is based on ratings where available and simple word matching otherwise. It does not send your feedback to an external AI model provider. Results can miss context, so review source comments and correct categories.
Storage and retention
The site runs on OpenAI Sites, with report data stored in the platform’s Cloudflare D1 database. Reports stay available until you delete them. This app does not apply an automatic expiry. Infrastructure logs and backups are managed by the hosting platform; the app does not control their retention.
Delete or take your data with you
Use the delete action next to a report in your workspace to remove that report and its customer comments from the active database. This cannot be undone. Before deleting, you can download the full report or export the source comments as CSV.
Go to your reports →Only include what you need
Remove names, email addresses, payment details, and other sensitive information before uploading. The free preview accepts 1–50 comments per report, up to 2,000 characters each. Example reports use synthetic data and do not represent a real business’s results.
Sign-in and cookies
The hosting platform manages sign-in and session cookies. Tallygrove does not add advertising trackers. Your uploaded feedback is stored on the server, rather than in browser storage.
