YOUR FIRST FEW STEPS

A little guidance.
A clearer starting point.

Go from a handful of customer comments to a useful team conversation.

Create your first report
01

Bring the feedback you already have

Start with 10–50 comments about the same store, product, or time period. Paste one comment per line, or upload a CSV exported from Excel or Google Sheets.

CSV columns: feedback, product, rating, date. Only feedback is required. Ratings should be 1–5, and dates should use YYYY-MM-DD. Files can be up to 1 MB.
02

Get the context right

Give the report a name and tell us the business it belongs to. If you upload a CSV, preview the rows and select the columns for feedback, product, rating, and date.

Remove names, email addresses, order numbers, and any other personal information that is not needed to understand the feedback.
03

Check the patterns, then choose a next step

Open each theme to read the source comments. Use filters to narrow your view. Adjust categories if a comment fits somewhere else, and edit the summary to add your judgment.

This preview uses keyword matching for English feedback. It can miss nuance, sarcasm, and unfamiliar wording. Suggested actions are ideas to investigate, not proven explanations.
